My wife had an issue with the windows on her Audi not rolling up. They were able to get her the same day, and they quickly fixed the problem. Our Audi mechanic in Jeffersonville closed down so we will be getting our vehicles serviced from here from now on. We highly recommend!

Took my VW here for a second opinion after another shop told me I would need an engine rebuild/replacement. I told them about the first opinion, but they didn't just go along with it, they looked at it themselves and found a much smaller problem which was easily fixed. I'm 2 months past that service and everything has been great; they saved me so much stress and money. Cannot recommend them enough if you have a German auto. Will definitely be back with any future maintenance/repair needs.

I can’t say enough good things about Import Doktor and the owner, David George! He did body work on my car and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Not only did he give me the best price around, but he even threw in a few extra touches to help bring the cost down even more. David is incredibly friendly, honest, and just a genuinely good person. It’s rare to find someone who cares this much about their customers. If you need work done on your car, this is the place to go!

I had them put rear coilovers on my MK6 VW Golf. They communicated every step and clarified everything to make sure they did the job correctly. My car looks great and was done for < $300 including topping off the oil. Couldn’t recommend enough 10/10

Extremely pleased with the service! My car got broken into and they came right over and taped it up. They installed a new window the very next day. They also cleaned up all the broken glass…on New Year’s Eve! They work on all kinds of cars, mine’s a Dodge.

Can’t say enough good things about heather and the krew. They diagnosed a problem that has been in and out of other shops and not fixed. Super fast service and a surprisingly cheap bill. My 09 rabbit has never been happier. Check em out for all your import needs.

Dave routinely checked in with me on my wrecked vehicle and offered guidance on dealing with insurance, references for towing services, and many more.
